Mary brings over 20 years of experience in medical sales and marketing, underpinned by Graduate Diplomas in Business Management and Critical Care Nursing. This unique combination of commercial expertise and clinical knowledge allows her to understand both the strategic and practical considerations involved in delivering effective healthcare solutions. Throughout her career, she has worked across a broad range of healthcare settings, building strong relationships and delivering value-driven outcomes.
Mary has played a key role in numerous new product launches and takes a consultative approach when working with customers at all levels. She is passionate about collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, guide decision-making and support successful project implementation. Her focus on partnership, communication and results ensures projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with both clinical and operational goals.
With over 15 years based in Sydney after relocating from Italy, Alice has built a strong and enduring career in the healthcare sector. Trained as a pharmacist, her professional focus has always centred on improving patient health and outcomes, a commitment that has guided her work since graduation.
Fluent in four languages, Alice brings a global perspective to her role and her passions for family and healthcare are reflected in her work with Women’s and Children’s health.
Janice joined In Vitro Technologies Women’s and Children's in April 2025 as Territory Manager for Brisbane, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. With 35 years’ experience in the medical industry, her background spans roles as a Medical Technician, Territory Manager, Product Manager and Business Manager across a range of hospital clinical and surgical environments.
She brings a strong focus on customer partnership, clinical support and problem-solving, working closely with healthcare teams to support best patient outcomes. Her experience includes providing education, in-services and support to assist with the successful introduction of new products and techniques, ensuring solutions are effectively integrated into clinical practice.
Mel has over 15 years’ experience supporting women’s and children’s health across a wide range of diagnostic and clinical environments. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with healthcare professionals to support best practice, clinical excellence and improved patient outcomes. Her deep understanding of the unique challenges within women’s and children’s healthcare allows her to provide informed, practical support tailored to each setting.
She works in close partnership with her customers, taking the time to listen, understand their needs and collaborate on solutions and supports the implementation of effective, sustainable solutions that positively impact outcomes for women, children and the healthcare teams who care for them.
